Our standard method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail (3-7 days). We base our flat rate on the estimated USPS Priority Rates.

International Shipping

We ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail International (4-6 weeks for delivery). Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees. For all International Shipments please go to our Contact Page where you will be given the option to email us. All messages sent will be answered in a timely fashion.

All packages ship from Fairbanks, Alaska. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon.-Fri.). Most orders are shipped the following day. An email with tracking number will be sent when your order ships.

Local pick-up is available for those in the Fairbanks area. Local pick-up orders can be made via email or phone in order to bypass the auto shipping charge online. There’s no charge for a local pick-up. All pick-ups are by appointment only. Go to our contact page to place an order for pick-up.
